Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Se Encore E35MDSD02310 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seal-Master products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shimpo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Skf product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seal-Master such as the MFC43 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NXC0400000AAA000 manufactured by Shimpo and we are pleased to be able to service most Shimpo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NU2310ECP by Manufacturer Skf as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew Brand SF80GVN1328BMHR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as KH77DT90S6 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CNHJ4105Y17 made by Smc-Cyclo as well as the popular SA47AM145 original spares produced by Sew

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA62LP145TC by Sew and KH77DT90S6 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BW100006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
